Observed

Observed is a first-person psychological horror escape game set inside an experimental psychiatric hospital.

You wake up as a patient in the middle of a failed treatment. The hospital appears abandoned—but you are not alone.
Some patients only move when they are not being watched.

To survive, you must rely on observation.
Staring at these figures keeps them frozen. Looking away lets them close in.

During your escape, you obtain a medical mask—an experimental device designed to “correct perception.” Wearing it reveals hidden paths and disturbing truths, but also makes the hospital far more dangerous. What you see depends on what you choose to observe.

There is no combat.
Only awareness, timing, and fear.

You are being watched.
And so are they.
